Tuesday, July 7, 2015 - Pale salmon pink. Clean nose of sea air and blood orange. Fresh citrus fruit on the palate with a sharp acid bite and a long finish. A nice refreshing rose, would go well with salty fatty charcuterie to cut the acid. 50 + 16 + 15 + 7.
