Saturday, June 6, 2015 - Popped and poured from a small bottle with screw cap. On the nose some currant aromas. Medium bodied, dry and smooth, delivering flavors of yellow stone fruit and increasing currant/gooseberry notes. Gentle and firm acidity. Funny that with more airtime the flavor profile clearly changed into flavors I often find in Sauvignon Blanc, like currant, nettles and even cat pee. Anyway a good quaffer.
