Saturday, April 11, 2015 - Good acidity and stone fruit. Nicely balanced. If I'm going to drink Chardonnay, I want it like this. No hints of oak or tropical fruits. Clean. I only wish more CA chard were made in this style.
The plastic/wax capsules, however, pretty though they are, are also a pain.
