Saturday, June 27, 2015 - This has closed down like a brutal portcullis since tasting with George the Greek in at his shop in Tain last March. Do NOT open this for at least 5 years, probably more. Very hard to coax anything out at this point. Day 3 this is just getting started to unwind with leather, paprika, chocolate (perplexing to me), some meatiness.
