Monday, May 25, 2015 - Needed a bottle when traveling and based on Overlook chardonnay, took a chance on this one. Not a great choice as while the nose was decent (red berries and menthol), on the palate the fruit seemed a bit dried out and raisiny, and the wine was clumsy, disjointed and rough. More like a a pinot noir with some inexpensive Syrah added than a true pinot. Without a doubt the least enjoyable pinot I have ever had at a $35 price point. 86-87
