Thursday, February 26, 2015 - Medium straw colour. Fairly evolved nose with honey, dried apricot, citrus fruit, tropical fruits and petroleum. Medium-bodied with complexity and balance. Long aftertaste. Will continue evolving nicely over the next 5 years.
