Sunday, July 10, 2011 - Decanted for 30 min. Very balanced bouquet. A bit dry in the back of the throat, but no tannins on the side of the tongue. Great to drink now - not a must to keep in the cellar. Great balance between acidity and tannins. Quite long aftertaste. Very enjoyable!
