Saturday, February 13, 2016 - Sublime!! I opened this early as their next release is out now. When I bought my first allotment after being on their waiting list for a year, I thought the wine had the look of Koolaid. But looks can be deceiving and they are with Wiiliams Selyem. Perfect cherry, light almond, very light oak and bramble. A near perfect long finish..
