Tuesday, May 19, 2015 - What an incredibly intense and interesting nose, like walking through a moist cave, lined with mineral-laden rock and tropical flowers, while peeling a fresh lime. On the palate, this was buzzing with acidity, yet perfectly balance by a noticeable hint of residual sugar. Ripe peach, lime, minerals and inner floral tones lasted long into the finish. This is a dangerously delicious and very drinkable Riesling.
