Saturday, July 11, 2015 - This is a very exciting white wine. The nose and palate have explosive and vibrant floral and juicy fruit characteristics. Freshness just jumps out of the glass. Like most wines from Portugal we have never heard of and certainly cannot pronounce the grape varietals. The package gets the 90 point score simply because of the harmony and integration. Big fruit is capably balanced by big acid. The flavors on the palate are just as intense as the nose. Layers of citrus and orchard fruit with melon.
