Saturday, April 25, 2015 - Like dipping a lemon into the ocean and then biting into it. This has nothing like the ripeness or depth or milkiness of Pepiere's more serious sur-lie cuvees. Instead, it's clearly meant for exactly one purpose: washing down oysters. And it works absolutely wonderfully at that.
