Wednesday, April 1, 2015 - Drinks at Chez Simo (Chez Simo Bistro - Chicago, IL): Strawberries, cranberries, and cherries on the nose. The palate was super exciting to me. The red fruits were joined by some light plum and lots of acidity. Would be perfect with burgers in the summer.
