Immediate expression of spicy fruit closed down to saline minerality for an hour or so, gradually to re-emerge over the next two hours. Very classic; firm spine of acid, with sweet spice and toasted red floral element emerging on the mid-palate and finish. Impressive with more pleasure to come.
