Wednesday, March 18, 2015 - Popped, decanted and poured, then consumed over an hour+. Maturing, tart red cherry aromas and some earth and leather. Similarly maturing red and black cherry flavors, well supported with acidity and tannins, but with everything in balance. Long and energetic. Best glass was the last.
