Saturday, June 20, 2015 - In my cellar for 7 years and starting to show its age, but not in a good way. Straw yellow in color. Mostly bread on the nose. Bead and chalk on the palate with a bit of funk. Decent mousse and bead. Lacking acidity and tasting of oatmeal. I like Bollinger, but this was below par.
