Friday, April 24, 2015 - Medium-dark purple. Good legs. Deep, rich, ripe varietal nose. Highly extracted with savory herbs. Big wine in the mouth, loads of ripe fruit. Could use a little time to smooth out, but fine now if you like a rich, somewhat raw-boned zin. 4-11-15-8: 88/100.
