Wednesday, April 22, 2015 - Medium yellow. Banana, taffy-like nose, also shows steely mineral elements. Bit of a rubbery element, too, I'm sorry to say, but it is really colder rigfht now than it should be for optimum rating condition. Good mouthfeel. Not terribly special, even a little disjointed at this point. Charred wood in the finish. Could be a bit of bottle shock as I just got it shipped here yesterday. For now, 4-10-13-5: 82/100.
