Saturday, March 18, 2006 - Somewhat "closed" after initial pour. Never really opened up the first evening. Day two was much better with layers of fruit and tannins well integrated. My feeling though is that you can get wines this good that are a better value, and ready to drink upon release. This bottle is certainly not in the same class as Pichon Lalande and Insignia (2 of my favorites) are after 11 years.
