Thursday, December 24, 2015 - AP#21-99. The Lobster Dinner with Mom, Bryan & Michele. 5 people. 5 lobsters totaling just over 17 pounds. Sheer decadence! Light yellow in color, this. Wine was a winner as always. Opening with its usual flamboyant and tropical nose as soon as the cork is pulled. Showing signs of development but no signs of decline. Still loaded with fruit and excellent acidity. 50+13+12+8+8=91
