Sunday, November 25, 2007 - The color is just starting to fade a bit going from dark ruby to a faded crimson. An amazing 12.5% alcohol on this beaut. The nose almost reminds me of a Margaret River Cabernet, more in the olive and sage category mixed with some cassis and underbrush and a touch of mintyness. Long on the palate.
