Saturday, April 25, 2015 - Some sulfur on the nose, but not enough to cause trouble. Dry, sour citrus, sur lie and salty minerality. On the palate very focused with strong, piercing acidity and a hint of sweetness. A bit nervous and tight; definitely a bit awkward at the moment. Quite fruity with lemon and apple notes, finishing in a fairly sour fashion. Not expensive, but not all that enjoyable either right now. As a side note the capsule is made of some nasty hard stuff: be careful when opening this thing.
