Wednesday, December 25, 2013 - Enjoyed with dinner last night over a couple of hours, did not decant. Lovely bottle of wine; round, red fruit, well structured with nicely integrated tannins.

Beautiful dark red color, and a nice nose of red berry and cedar. I did not get the strong tannins that some others have experienced - but instead perceived medium, well integrated tannins, with no astringency at all. Medium body and finish. Nicely balanced wine which paired nicely with our steak dinner.
