Thursday, August 28, 2008 - I actually enjoyed the tannins and didn't think they were too over-the-top. However, that was about all. There just wasn't much flavor, as if the wine was mostyl made with stems and seeds and very little fruit. I'm not so sure this will improve over the years. As the tannins subside, I'm not sure there will be much left there.
