Wednesday, July 1, 2015 - Incredibly old, highly concentrated oloroso with intense acidity and lots of bitter herb/medicinal notes, old wood, tea, leather. Brinier than I expected for Oloroso, and very savory/umami. Huge wine, very serious and wildly complex.
