Friday, August 1, 2003 - Pale yellow. Beautiful nose of grapefruit, lychee, lime, and grass. Crisp, slightly sweet from the fruit. Medium-bodied with gooseberry and citrus flavours. Good acidity with a medium-length finish. Not quite as good as the 2001. Served with a mixed grill of lobster tails, pancetta-wrapped scallops, and shrimp.
