Saturday, January 10, 2004 - The nose bursts out of the glass with strong notes of grass, black currant leaves, and grapefruit. This is what Sauvignon Blanc should smell like. The palete gives up grapefruit, generous and refreshing acidity, minerals, and buttery oak with a long and satisfying finish. This is a delightful and superior wine.
