They lose the intense florals, and freshness, and become more bell peppery, and veggie. This 2002 is not bad, just not as great at release. Has tart apple, grapefruit, melon fruit....celery, bell pepper, lemon/lime citrus acid. Creamy with vanilla Mellon, yet sharp with citrus acidity. Very edgy...not the lush florals like you get young. Fading.
