Monday, August 15, 2016 - Pale yellow, very lazy bubbles. Pure Wonder bread on the nose. More white bread on the palate, but also showing hints of its grand cru Chardonnay fruit. Huge acidity, verging on bitterness. This plainly needs cellaring to soften and develop, but the quality and potential are evident already. Not scored.
