Friday, November 27, 2015 - Although 90% Sangiovese - the Cab portion of this wine adds a lot of density in my opinion, and the Merlot leaves a dusty sort of finish. This is otherwise a very polished and rounded blueberry chocolate Chianti. Drinks modern but authentic.
Became more savoury with decanting, and MUCH more appealing!
