Tuesday, December 29, 2015 - This was great. I don't have a ton of experience with Fiano, but this was certainly consistent with the Italian versions. It's a rich and brassy style with a very slight furriness to the texture that makes it nice and chewy, but there is also plenty of freshness and crunch.
