Wednesday, May 13, 2015 - At El Mirasol in Buenos Aires, fantastic steak restaurant with a very authentic Argentinian menu. Popped and poured, drank over an hour with rib-eye and short ribs...

Dark blood red color. Nose was black fruits, herbs, some barnyard which blew off. Rich dark fruit profile, plums, cherry. Savory notes, baking spice, anise, cloves. Rich mouthfeel - would have guessed something other than Malbec (Rhone maybe..)> Finishes medium.

Very young, will benefit from a couple years again, my guess it will be in its zone then. Perfect complement for any steak dinner...
