Sunday, July 19, 2015 - The cedar and cherry nose is textbook Cab, but on the palate I would have pegged it as Syrah or a GSM. It was incredibly autumnal on the first night, like drinking burning leaves. Excellent acidity. With time and air it does move closer to Cab territory. Loaded with dark fruit and nicely structured.
