Monday, January 25, 2016 - This bottle seems even more knit than last with quite prominent and slightly bitter tannins on the palate. The nose is better but also less floral and open than I remember from previous bottles. Still very enjoyable though.

I find it hard to believe the change in character is due to maturation, since it's just two months since I first had this wine. Probably bottle variation.
