Sunday, May 24, 2015 - plum-ruby colour, dark with amaranth rim. nose: some animal notes at the begining, meat. Later openes into more fruity accents. taste: quite light bodied and quit eeasy - not aspiring. Very friuty - plums, some ripe sweet cherries. Nice low but detectable acidity. Some sweet notes. Drinks very well. balanced and well done.
