Likes this wine:

Monday, January 4, 2016 - Seeing Bob H's comment and others whose palates I respect on this wine prompted be to open a bottle before it's too late to get more. I will be working late a few nights this week so I cracked a bottle at work to go with a salad and some pork butt I smoked over the weekend. Served at about 60 degrees. This is the real deal. It has a lot of the characteristics I love about Chablis. Sea air, saline and mineral with lots of acid to keep it lively. Smells like the liquor of a fresh shucked oyster. And 16 bucks?! A definite repurchase. Get 'em while you can - I took the last 8 bottles at one of the stores I use.

1/6/2016 2:03:00 PM - Ha, yr comments about "before it's too late to reload" and cleaning out a store motivated me to snag a handful more of these too. I mean, sure I already had a few, and no I haven't gotten around to trying one yet. But with everyone talking about how the '14s are as good as Briords gets, well, you know, I panicked a little.

C, wondering how many wines I've ever bought that you and/or Bob H didn't also.
