Wednesday, May 27, 2015 - Brilliant wine, classy fruit and herbs. Elevage in Demi muids. Like 2011 not looking for ripeness here but aroma and perfect balance. This is clearly the big brother of the 2011, but with exactly the same flavor profile. Long but still tannic needs at least three years. Not to open before 2017.
