Saturday, July 4, 2015 - Pale salmon color. Salty, oceanic, bright and clean, with white cherries, green and red apples… notes of oyster brine, white pepper and dandelion. Precise, intense, lots going on here yet stays refreshing and fun. Intense minerality, brisk oyster and garlic notes… yeah, this is nerdy-awesome and exciting.
