Wednesday, January 9, 2013 - Just keeps getting better and better. After an hour decant this has an incredible balance. New world but restrained fruit. Distinct terroir - you get that unmistakable Grampians dirt. The oak is there to provide just the smallest hint of vanilla and christmas cake.
