Saturday, November 28, 2015 - Essentially a pop and pour. Deep dark purple. Nose dominated by cedar. Massive attack of black and blue berries on the palate with no prune or over ripeness. Hint of mint and spice with long finish and dusty tannins. Drinking great now but suspect it will improve with 3-5 years in the cellar. This is a qpr winner and speaks to the quality of the vintage as well as the winemaker.
