Saturday, July 4, 2015 - A private lunch (Restaurant Yamazato *, Amsterdam, NL): Not as intense or powerful as the 2012, lighter but also more refined, crisp and balanced, terse vocabulary but very aromatic, lemon and sea breeze, herbs and minerals, clean flavours, good length. A classic specimen, will age. Brings out the finesse in Japanese food.
