Community Tasting Note

Monday, December 28, 2015 - Black currant, fresh tobacco, violets, sweet oak, beetroot and toast on the nose. A little austere without food but with lamb this begins to shine; it's fresh with fine but gritty tannins and black currant as the dominant fruit. Great qpr from an excellent vintage. With time a liquorice note is added and a touch of farmyard. It also broadens on the palate
