Friday, January 22, 2016 - As light as Coors in the glass. Nose beginning to show some nice development, ripe fruit with some good dough coming through, like a green apple pie. Juicy red apple and lush pear on the palate, still young with tons of energy and intense effervescence. Maybe too young; feels like high sugar. Not really a fair note / review as this bottle was enjoyed up the tuna tower of a fish boat. Will definitely have to find another one of these to give it a proper look, although it was sure good today.
