Monday, June 29, 2015 - Louis Jadot Cellar Visit, Barrel Tasting and Lunch in the Vineyard (Beaune): Barrel tasting at Jadot. Ripe black cherry on nose and palate. Very good braised meat spice throughout. Fruit richness works well with firm structure, with good balance start-to-finish. A big step up. Very good.
