Friday, October 10, 2014 - Honey and citrus on the nose, on the palate a mellifluous combination of honey, peach, almond with a note of acid to cut the sugar and make you want to take another sip!
Still going strong on day two. In addition to the flavor profile I noted on day one, I'm getting some apricot now after chilling a glass in the subzero, and more citrus notes. When it was just normal food fridge temperature, it accentuated the sweet peachy flavors. I think I prefer it chilled, though it is delicious when pulled from a regular fridge.
Still outstanding on day three; add cantelope and caramel to the list of secondary and tertiary flavors going on here.
