Tuesday, July 28, 2015 - 90/10 Chard/Pinot Blanc. Now called "Sisters Forever". All steel, no malo, some lees contact. Nose shows green apple, lightly toasted pear, white flowers, nice floral notes, lilac, slight stone. Palate nicely balanced between fruit and non-fruit elements, a little sharp peach pith, same green apple, wet stone, creaminess as well, a little cheesy. Very interesting and good QPR.
