Wednesday, July 22, 2015 - Jim Barry Tasting (Vintage Cellars, Double Bay): Quite herbaceous with sweat, lemon over lime, green apple and wet stone and flint on the nose. In the mouth the wine is tart and sharp with an almost chalky and effervescent quality (like dissolved CO2?) Lemon over green apple from flavour perspective. Hmm. Needs time but shows potential.
