Tuesday, June 30, 2015 - Ghillies June tasting (Mosman, Sydney): Struck match, peppery spice, sherry cask, cherry chocolate with time slight orange with water grass, maple syrup, slight candied orange and ginger. In the mouth struck match, orange, finishes a little bitter and a bit short. With water chocolate and cherry, slight candied orange. Lanolin.
