Wednesday, February 3, 2016 - Flickinger Customer Appreciation Tasting (Casino Club - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Apple and pear with some lemon peel, all with moderate weight and wonderful balance. The minerality and textures on the finish really appeal to me. Cellar for a couple of years and I think the weight will really start to shine.
