Tuesday, February 21, 2012 - Julian's Chablis Offline: Decanted an hour. Quite rounded nose with some mandarin, iodine and a degree of intensity. Really quite proper. By the time the reds have been poured this is starting to open up and show its stuff.proper intensity and length. Mineral, but a degree of complexity beyond this. Lovely. ****1/2
