Saturday, May 16, 2009 - Yeasty, strawberry nose when opened and lemon, green apple on palate. After about 30 minutes opens nicely to reveal toasted almonds/cashews flavors. Long, smooth apple/pear finish and not overly acidic. Near the end of bottle, the nose evolved to roasted hops/malt like you find in a micro-brewery.
